Of these, 22 studies contributed to the analysis of anxiety outcomes, while all 28 studies contributed to the analysis of depression outcomes....Conclusions: The meta-analysis findings suggest that exercise interventions can alleviate anxiety and depressive symptoms among chronic pain patients.
