Whole genome sequence analysis of a novel Streptomyces sp. BG6AG reveals its lipase production potential: optimization of the process through Taguchi experimental design

本研究报道了一株从印度奥里萨邦奇利卡湖分离的产脂肪酶链霉菌BG6AG。全基因组分析显示其基因组大小为7,565,774碱基对,GC含量为72.2%。基因组分析利用KEGG、COG、antiSMASH、TYGS、CGView、RGI和RAST等生物信息学工具鉴定出6740个编码序列、59个tRNA分子和3个rRNA分子。生化测试确认了该微生物中存在脂肪酶。采用Taguchi统计设计优化了脂肪酶的生产,这是一种能够提高实验效率的稳健方法。结果表明,用于脂酶生产的最佳培养基是补充有丁酸三甘油脂、阿拉伯糖、天冬酰胺和Mn2+的最小盐培养基(MSM),pH值调整为9。培养基优化使脂肪酶产量提高了一倍。本研究结果有助于了解链霉菌BG6AG的基因组特征及其作为工业相关酶来源的潜力。
