背景: 本研究比较了新发和复发性肺结核（TB）患者的生存质量（QoL），这是正在接受治疗的患者的一个重要指标。

材料与方法: 在印度尼西亚西爪哇省加鲁特市的八家社区卫生中心进行了一项横断面比较研究。采用便利抽样的方式招募年龄大于15岁的新发或复发性肺结核患者。使用世界卫生组织的生活质量评估工具（WHOQOL）来评估生活质量。数据通过独立t检验进行分析。
