Liver functions and medication adherence in tuberculosis patients after 6 months of antituberculosis treatment in Indonesia

研究目的：本研究旨在评估结核病患者在接受6个月治疗后的肝功能，并根据患者的服药依从性和个人特征确定转氨酶水平的变化。
方法：我们采用前瞻性队列设计。纳入标准为接受一线抗结核药物治疗的成人结核病患者。使用《药物依从性比率量表》问卷测量患者的用药依从性。此外，我们在治疗2个月、4个月和6个月时分别检测总胆红素、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）和丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）水平。
结果：本研究共纳入了233名结核病患者，其中58.91%为男性患者，平均年龄为40.31岁（标准差: 18.00）。总体而言，86.3%的患者的用药依从性良好。患者报告AST水平升高（占40%）和ALT水平升高（占64%）。不同依从性组之间的总胆红素水平没有显著差异。用药依从性差的结核病患者表现出显著升高的ALT和AST水平（p
结论：在治疗2个月、4个月和6个月期间，特别是在女性患者中，应监测丙氨酸氨基转移酶和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平。
