背景：
老年患者在胃肠手术后接受全身麻醉时，常常会在术后恢复室（PACU）阶段经历口渴。口渴不仅影响患者的舒适度，还会引发焦虑，从而可能妨碍康复进程。尽管先前的研究已经探讨了术后的口渴问题，但专门针对老年人口渴体验和护理需求的研究仍然有限。
目的：
本研究旨在探索接受胃肠手术的老年PACU患者术后口渴的体验及其护理需求，以期为有针对性的干预措施提供参考。
方法：
本研究采用质性研究框架中的现象学方法。通过目的抽样法，在2024年11月至12月期间选择上海某三甲医院接受全身麻醉下胃肠手术的12名老年患者作为研究对象。数据收集采用半结构化访谈形式，并运用Colaizzi七步分析法进行数据分析，提取访谈中的主题。
结果：
对访谈数据的分析揭示了四个主要主题和八个子主题：（1）术后强烈的口渴感觉（主观感受及持续时间）；（2）与口渴相关的不适情绪体验（焦虑、烦躁和无助感）；（3）缓解口渴的实际挑战（现有干预措施的局限性以及护理响应时间问题）；（4）患者对护理服务的期望（渴望更及时的干预措施，期待护理人员更加主动的关注）。
结论：
接受全身麻醉下的胃肠手术后，老年患者经常经历显著的口渴不适。因此，制定多学科围术期干预计划对于缓解此类症状并提升术后舒适度至关重要。
