New antimicrobial butanolides from a deep sea-derived fungus Aspergillus tabacinus LW82

从深海来源的曲霉菌LW82(Aspergillus tabacinus LW82)的乙酸乙酯粗提物中,通过OSMAC(一种多化合物策略)引导,分离出了两种新的丁内酯asperbutanolides A (1) 和 B (2),以及一种新的脂肪酸衍生物omphalotol C (3),同时还发现了5种已知化合物。这些化合物的结构解析和绝对构型确定是通过核磁共振(NMR)、高分辨率电喷雾离子化质谱(HRESIMS)和[Rh2(OCOCF3)4]诱导的电子圆二色性(ECD)实验等综合光谱分析完成的。化合物1对假单胞菌Pseudomonas syringae pv. Lachrymans表现出抗菌活性,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值为64 μg/ml。此外,化合物6对Cryptococcus gattii R265和3284G14两种真菌显示出显著的抗真菌效果,其MIC值均为8 μg/ml,与抗真菌药物氟康唑相当。
