目的： 探索绝经后骨质疏松症（PMOP）与血脂异常共病的影响因素，为临床共病管理提供循证依据。
方法： 基于2017年至2018年北京社区横断面调查数据，纳入PMOP患者并根据是否合并血脂异常分为血脂异常组和非血脂异常组。通过问卷收集人口学特征、生活习惯及既往病史信息，并现场检测骨密度及骨代谢标志物（如骨钙素、血钙、Ⅰ型前胶原N端肽等）。使用二元逻辑回归分析共病的风险因素。
结果： 共纳入320例PMOP患者，包括合并组（75例）和非合并组（245例）。结果显示心血管疾病史 [OR=1.801, 95%CI(1.003, 3.236), P=0.049]，脑血管疾病史 [OR=2.923, 95%CI(1.460, 5.854), P=0.002]，煎炸烹调方法[OR=5.388, 95%CI(1.632, 17.793), P=0.006]，OST结果[OR=0.910, 95%CI(0.843, 0.983), P=0.016] 和血钙水平 [OR=60.249, 95%CI(1.862, 1 949.926), P=0.021] 是PMOP合并血脂异常的影响因素。
结论： 应重视PMOP与血脂异常共病的影响因素，注重多维度评估，结合生活方式干预和骨代谢标志物监测优化共病管理。
