Atrial Septal Defect Presenting as Fleischner's Sign in an Elderly Patient: A Case Report

在老年人中，最常见的先天性心脏病是房间隔缺损（ASD）。我们报道了一例老年患者偶然诊断出无症状的房间隔缺损的情况，该情况是在进行前后位胸部X光检查时通过 Fleischner 征发现的。Fleischner 征定义为肺动脉明显的放射学表现，提示存在肺动脉高压。这种情况在老年人中很少见，且一般会持续到老年才被诊断出来。尽管先天性心脏病在老年人中相对罕见，但在解释胸部X光片时如果表现出 Fleischner 征（特别是在肺门区域），医生应保持高度警惕。
