Opinion Survey Regarding Practice Environment and Career Satisfaction: The 2021 POSNA Membership Survey

简介： 21世纪北美的医疗环境一直处于不断变化之中。许多小儿骨科外科医生的执业环境继续演变。为了更好地理解这些医疗环境的变化问题，北美小儿骨科学会（POSNA）的实践管理委员会（PMC）于2021年对其会员进行了调查，以识别与值班制度、就业详情及成员福祉相关的问题。
结果： 总计有419名会员完成了此次调查，回复率为30%。大多数外科医生负责处理创伤急诊电话，比例为80.8%。尽管承担应急值班工作存在固有的挑战，但仍有92%的受访者认为应急值班是小儿骨科手术领域的重要组成部分，并且是我们作为专业人士需要继续提供的患者护理的关键方面之一。对工作与生活平衡满意度的相关因素包括干扰个人生活的程度、被合作伙伴及机构所重视的感觉、自主权以及在出现并发症时得到支持的感受。
