Isolation and Virulence Gene Profiling of Arcobacter spp. from Seafood and Its Environment

弧螺杆菌(Arcobacter spp.)是一种新兴的微需氧人类病原体,与全球范围内的食源性疫情有关。本研究报道了从海鲜中分离出的弧螺杆菌的发生率及其毒力基因特征。采用选择性分离方法,在筛选的123个样本中,包括71份鱼类、29份甲壳类、13份软体动物和10份水样,共43个样本中分离出了112株弧螺杆菌。弧螺杆菌的整体检出率为34.96%,其中水源(50%)最高,其次是软体动物(46.15%)、鱼类(33.8%)和头足类(27.59%)。通过聚合酶链反应使用弧螺杆菌属及种特异性引物确认了分离菌株。在112株弧螺杆菌中,有62株被鉴定为A. butzleri,17株为A. skirrowii,14株为A. cryaerophilus,其余19株为其他类型的弧螺杆菌。选择性地对52株分离菌(包括19株A. butzleri、17株A. skirrowii和14株A. cryaerophilus)进行了七种潜在毒力基因的筛选,在这些菌株中,ciaB基因在94%的菌株中普遍存在,而hecB基因则在所有测试菌株中均未发现。超过94%的被检测菌株同时存在一种以上的毒力基因。这些研究结果表明海鲜分离株具有致病潜力,进一步强调了对它们分子致病机制进行详细调查的需求。
