    背景： 研究午夜至中午潮汐时方与百会（GV 20）及八珍穴位针灸联合治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语症的临床效果。

    方法学： 将196名缺血性脑卒中后的失语患者分为两组：实验组（n=98）接受语言康复训练及午夜至中午潮汐时方和百会（GV 20）、八珍穴位针灸，对照组（n=98）仅接受语言康复训练。研究记录了传统中医症状评分、各种量表的得分以及临床疗效。

    结果： 治疗后实验组的传统中医症状评分和国家卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分较低，而缺血性脑卒中的特定生活质量量表（SS-QOL）、中国功能交流概况（CFCP）、蒙特利尔认知评估（MoCA）、中国康复研究中心标准失语症检查（CRRCAE）的得分较高。实验组的整体有效率也高于对照组。

    结论： 午夜至中午潮汐时方结合百会（GV 20）及八珍穴位针灸可以有效地改善缺血性脑卒中后失语患者的NIHSS评分，促进语言功能恢复，并提高康复效果。
