Professional identity development of Flemish occupational therapists: A narrative study

方法： 五名弗拉芒地区的作业治疗师接受了两次半结构化和开放式的后续访谈，所有访谈都是在线进行的。数据分析采用了叙述分析法以及叙述斜率分析法。
结果： 出现了相似的经历及独特的体验：职业疗法似乎是一个意外的职业选择，临床实习非常重要，在职场中获得和发展自己也充满挑战，并且不断自我提升。在整个职业生涯中，自我效能感都有波动。
结论： 五个独特的故事提高了人们对成为作业治疗师时潜在脆弱事件的认识。
