The Exploration of Ink Formulations in Binder Jet 3D Printing Drugs

binder jet 3D打印技术在制药领域的应用正在迅速发展。墨水的性质非常重要,影响喷射稳定性和成品精度,但关于药用墨水的研究却非常缺乏。本研究使用了制药中常用的溶剂和辅料,利用可打印性Z值理论量化不同配方墨水的可打印性,并通过喷墨打印与观察平台从微观层面分析不同组成墨水的液滴喷射状态。研究表明,相比于乙醇,异丙醇添加到墨水中时液滴的喷射效果更好,但添加的比例不应超过40%;随着聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)分子量的增加,墨水所能容忍的PVP浓度降低;当甘油比例在10%以内时具有较高的喷射效率。综上所述,得到了一种性能优良的墨水配方:40%异丙醇水溶液加上0.1% PVP K30和4%甘油。使用该墨水制备的左乙拉西胺分散片打印过程平滑,外观良好,机械性能优异且释放迅速。本研究为Z值理论与液滴喷射及药片打印结果之间的相互验证提供了依据,并提出了很好的思路。
