Intelligent Optimization Method of Piezoelectric Ejection System Design Based on Finite Element Simulation and Neural Network

本研究描述了一种智能方法,用于增材制造中压电喷射系统设计的建模和优化。该方法结合了神经网络(NN)技术和有限元模拟(FES),使每个参数的设计比传统方法更快、更可靠。通过实验数据和文献资料,开发并验证了一个液滴喷射过程的FE模型,用以预测两种液滴喷射行为指标(DEB):喷射速度和液滴直径。基于前向传播的两个人工神经网络(ANN)模型被开发出来,并利用遗传算法(GA)进行优化。通过有限元计算建立了数据库,并对模型进行了训练,以建立压电喷射系统设计输入参数与每个DEB指标之间的关系。结果显示,两种NN模型都能够独立地从训练和测试数据中准确预测液滴喷射速度和液滴直径值,从而确定最优的压电喷射系统设计。最后,通过实验验证了FES和ANN-GA模型预测结果的准确性。发现预测结果与实验结果之间的误差分别为4.48%(喷射速度)和3.18%(液滴直径),证明该优化方法在压电喷射系统设计优化中可靠且稳健。
