简介： 介绍：交界型表皮松解症（JEB）是一种罕见的表皮松解症亚型，而表皮松解症本身是一种罕见的遗传性疾病。虽然已有关于咽部和食道黏膜受累的报道，但喉部受累较为少见。
病例报告： 一名7个月大的男性婴儿患有交界型表皮松解症，因呼吸困难伴有喉鸣声而被送至急诊科，最终发现其有多级喉狭窄。
结论： 需要进行纵向队列研究以确定具有喉部表现的患者中表皮松解症长期预后和预期行为，从而避免不必要的手术干预。
