目标：本研究旨在确定埃塞俄比亚比哈尔达尔市帝贝吉翁专科医院和阿迪塞姆综合医院皮肤科门诊部就诊患者中白癜风的患病率及其相关因素。
结果：在460名受试者中，243人（52.8%）为女性，其中大多数（28.9%）年龄在25至34岁之间。总体而言，白癜风的患病率为7.4%（共34例患者）。显著影响因素包括居住在农村地区（AOR：3.18；95% CI：1.10-9.18）、家族中有白癜风病史（AOR：2.20；95% CI：2.16-4.76）以及加重因素如创伤（AOR：1.08；95% CI：1.01-2.08）。在14至24岁年龄组中观察到最高的患病率。这些发现表明，特别是在农村地区的年轻成年人中，有必要开展关于白癜风病因、症状和治疗的意识宣传活动。
